Early Monday morning, the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office investigated a stabbing in Owego. 24-year-old Andrew Tucker of Owego allegedly entered an apartment on Front Street and assaulted the male occupant with a knife. Tucker was arrested and charged with felony burglary and assault charges. The victim was treated and released from Wilson Hospital. Tucker was remanded to the Tioga County jail in lieu of $200,000 cash bond. He will appear in the Village of Owego Court on August 15th.
