Tioga Opportunities held their annual employee appreciation day today. With over 170 employees, the directors wanted to say thank you for all of the hard work their staff does for the residents of Tioga County. Dave Radigan was broadcasting from the picnic and spoke to several directors including Kathleen Horner the Executive Director at Tioga Opportunities. Horner explained a few of the things that are going on right now at Tioga Opportunities.
