How the Q & A Zoom Webinar Will Work
A moderator will have complete control of this virtual meeting. Superintendent Corey Green will be joined by other district personnel on a panel to answer the questions asked. Attendees will be able to view and hear the panelists. Attendees will not be able to see or hear each other but will have the ability to type their question(s) into a Q & A feature within the webinar session. The moderator will pose the questions to the panel for answer/discussion. Questions will be answered both live by the panelists as well as in the Q & A box. If a question asked has already been answered, a moderator will update the question with the answer or a link to it, in order to maximize the number of questions answered for everyone. Please note that there are still specific details that have not been ironed out, and therefore we may not have answers for every question at the time of the webinar. We will document all questions that are asked and once answers are clear, we will publish them in our FAQ. If deemed necessary, disruptive behavior will result in removal from this virtual meeting.
