The Town of Owego will be reviewing their recently adopted emergency plan at a public meeting on Monday from 6:30 to 8:30. The updated plan was adopted by the Town Board this week.
As part of the recently updated plan, Tioga County residents are encouraged to go to the Tioga County website and sign up for HyperReach, which is a service that will notify you of any emergencies within the county.
