The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office investigated a head on motor vehicle accident last night on Pennsylvania Avenue in Apalachin between a motorcycle being ridden by 58 year old Gerald Miller of Apalachin and a car driven by 66 year old Gail Abramo of Friendsville, PA. Lt. Richard Gorman with the Sheriff’s Office says that they know what caused the accident.

Miller died as a result of the accident. Gorman says they are waiting for the autopsy results to see if alcohol was involved and once those results come in the investigation will be considered closed.
