The Village of Owego will be holding a public hearing next Tuesday July 5 to discuss Local Law #4 of 2011 entitled “Amending the Charter in regards to the hiring of a village attorney”. The hearing will be at 7:00 PM in the board room of the DPW Annex at 20 Elm Street in Owego. Anyone interested is encouraged to attend.
