The Tioga County Tourism Office is looking for volunteers to help switch on lights for their annual Lights on the River Festival.
The fourth annual event will be held Friday, Dec. 3 from 5:30 to 8:30pm in downtown Owego.
A few volunteers are still needed to flip light switches at exactly the same time, while others are needed to help direct people into parking spaces at Marvin Park.
