The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to find the man who has robbed the Dollar General in Nichols twice in the past two weeks.
The unidentified white male made off with an undisclosed amount of cash on Dec. 1 and again on Tuesday night. Both times he showed a handgun to the cashier and demanded money.
Both robberies happened around 8pm at the store, on East River Road.
The suspect is described as between 19 and 25 years old and about 5 feet 8 inches tall with a thin build. Investigators say he did not cover his face in either robbery.
