Bradford County Court held a preliminary hearing Thursday in the 2006 shooting deaths of Carol Keeffe and her husband, David Keeffe.
John DeSisti, 74, of Waverly, New York, is accused of killing his cousin and her husband over a long running land dispute.
Keefe believed her cousin, DeSisti, was encroaching on her property.
A posthumous survey proved Keefe correct.
The couple were shot in their garage in Athens Township, Pennsylvania.
More than a dozen witnesses testified Thursday.
DeSisti has not entered a plea as of yet.
The hearing continues on Friday.
