A Sayre man has been accused of committing three recent burglaries in Waverly.
Village Police arrested 19-year-old Justin Eccleston on Thursday in connection with two burglaries at a pool hall on Broad Street and a third at a home on Ithaca Street.
All told, Eccleston is accused of stealing a small amount of cash and food items. Two windows were broken at the pool hall.
Eccleston is charged with three counts of felony burglary. He was sent to the Tioga County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
