A Sayre woman has been charged after she allegedly stole a truck and drove it onto a local golf course back in March.
According to the Waverly Police Department, 41-year-old Amy L. Gusler is accused of stealing a pickup truck from Sayre and, on March 17th, driving that truck onto the golf course at Shepard Hills. The suspect allegedly drove onto a green at the course and endangered the golfers who were playing at the time.
Police said Gusler had two young children in the stolen truck at the time of the incident.
Gusler has been charged with felony criminal mischief in the second degree, felony criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, and misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment and menacing as well as some traffic violations.
