Spencer firefighters on the scene of a structure this morning on Ithaca Road near Gleason Hill Road. The call came in around 7:30. The Candor, Weltonville, Hallsey Valley, Tioga Center and Owego Fire Departments have been requested to respond as well as the Tioga County Fire Investigation Team. The Campville and Newark Valley Fire Departments are filling-in at Candor’s station, while they assist Spencer.
