Mike Middaugh from the Tioga County Veterans Service Agency joined the WEBO morning show to discuss an upcoming event. The 2nd Annual Veterans Expo which will be held at Tioga Downs Resort & Casino in the Grand Ballroom. There will be over 30 agencies and organizations at this event that can help with various needs that a veteran or their family may have. The event will take place on October 23, 2018 from 10:00am-4:00pm.
