Tinsel-n-Lights will return to downtown Waverly next month.
The annual event will be held from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 13th.
There will be horse and wagon rides, ice sculpting, visits with Santa, live music at the LOOM, food and more.
