The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office reports the recent arrest of 43-year-old Martin Korsak of Crumm Road in Vestal. He was charged with felony Driving While
Intoxicated, Refusing to Take Breath Test, Leaving the Scene of an Accident and numerous other counts. Deputies said the charges stem from a one car-property damage accident on Pennsylvania Avenue in the Town of Owego. The vehicle that Korsak was driving went off the shoulder of the roadway and struck a utility pole, and he then left the scene. Korsak was arraigned in Town of Owego Court and was released on his own recognizance.
Tioga deputies arrested 36-year-old Susie Spicer of Airways Road in Owego. She was charged with felony 1st degree reckless endangerment. She allegedly drove her vehicle towards, and almost struck, one of the Deputies who were investigating a complaint. Spicer was arraigned in Town of Tioga Court and was remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond.
Tioga deputies arrested 32-year-old Daryl Labour of Nichols. He was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Harassment 2nd. The incident happened earlier this week in the Town of Nichols. Labour was arraigned and was remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.
