The Catatonk Valley Woodcarver’s Association is sponsoring an exhibit of member’s beautiful woodcarvings that will be on display on the upper level of the Tioga County Historical Society at 100 Front Street, Owego until the end of September.
In addition, they will be having demonstrations of woodcarving on Saturday, August 17 and Saturday, August 24 during museum hours. For times and names of those demonstrating, go to the Facebook page for the Tioga County Historical Society.
All programs are free and open to the public.
On Sunday, August 25, at 4 p.m., the Tioga County Historical Society is honored to present pianist Pej Reitz, and clarinetist Timonthy Perry for an “Afternoon Music” called “Summer’s Sweet Solos.”
