On March 2nd, 2011, at 6:30 p.m., the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Luanne Newman, 50, of Candor on charges of Aggravated Harassment and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Newman is accused of facilitating contact with a juvenile who was the victim of a sexual abuse case Newman’s brother had previously been arrested for.
Newman was issued appearance tickets for the two charges to the Town of Tioga Court in front of Justice Paul Martin on March 9th, 2011.
