The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance with locating 47-year-old Mark J. Klotz.
Mr. Klotz was last seen leaving an address on Church Street in the Town of Tioga and walking towards the Village of Nichols on July 10. He was possibly headed to the State of Pennsylvania.
He is a white male, approximately 5-feet, 10-inches tall, and about 170lbs, with brown/grey hair, blue eyes, and possibly has a goatee.
Mr. Klotz has a tattoo of a gecko on his right shoulder and Chinese writing on both legs. Anyone with knowledge of the whereabouts of Mr. Klotz is asked to contact Investigator John Cornwell of the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office at 607-687-1010 or leave a tip at tiogacountysheriff.com/send-tip.
