The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 21-year-old man following a stabbing incident at the McDonald’s on Hickories Park Road in Owego on Thursday, Aug. 8.
According to police, Roman M. Miranda has been charged with assault in the first degree, a Class B felony after he allegedly stabbed a 38-year-old victim.
The victim was taken to a local hospital and is in stable condition.
Miranda was arraigned and remanded to jail on $20,000 bail.
The Owego Police Department, Owego EMS and Campville EMS also responded to the incident.
