The Tioga County Sportsmen’s Association has been authorized to teach the New York State Pistol Permit Education Class which is required before anyone in New York State can be issued a Concealed Carry Pistol Permit.
The next class is set for Oct. 12 and 13. Those interested can sign up at tiogasportsmen.com.
Authorization is valid for Tioga, Chemung, Tompkins, Monroe, Cortland, and Broome Counties.
