A free tourism marketing seminar is being offered by the Tioga County Tourism Office to learn more about “The 5 Ws of Tourism Marketing in Tioga County” – Who, What, When, Where and Why?
The seminar attendees will learn more about subjects such as:
· Services offered by the Tioga County Tourism Office and how you can help us help you
· Cooperative marketing campaigns
· Packaging your products with others
· The “I Love NY” grant program and how you can participate
· Finger Lakes regional partnerships
· Working with the media and public relations opportunities
· 2011 travel trends, statistics…and more!
Participants can pick one of three seminars being offered:
Wednesday, February 23, at 7:00 p.m. at the Hutchinson Town Hall, Whig Street, Newark Valley
Wednesday, March 9, at 7:00 p.m. at the Candor Town Hall, Rt. 96B, Candor
Tuesday, March 15, at 7:00 p.m. at the Susquehanna River Archeological Center, 345 Broad Street, Waverly
