The Tioga United Way is facing economic challenges as they take part in their 2013-2014 campaign. The United Way in Tioga County released a statement saying that without an increase in participation in the second half of their campaign, the financial support they offer to their partner agencies could be affected.
The Tioga United Way supports 33 partner agencies that provide assistance for a variety of services, including seniors, family services, youth organizations, and food pantries in the county.
Donations to the United Way can be mailed to 24 Route 96 in Owego, or you can visit online at tiogaunitedway dot com. All donations stay in Tioga County.
