The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrests of three people of drug charges following separate traffic stops in the village of Owego.
Deputies said they arrested 37-year-old Anna Smith of Owego, 42-year-old Douglas Forsyth of Barton and 59-year-old Micah LaPlante of Barton. All three were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Each will appear before Owego Village Justice David Boland on May 7.
