The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a larceny complaint in the Town of Spencer. Sometime between Monday 9/28/20 and Thursday 10/1/20, a 2016 CAT skid-steer 289D yellow and black in color and Bobcat Claw attachment were taken from a property on Ithaca Road (SR 34/96) just north of Spencer.
