Community Development Block Grant, Appalachian Regional Commission, and Floyd Hooker Foundation, the Department was able to purchase a brand new, customized mobile dental unit complete with modern dental equipment.
For the past 15 years, Tioga Smiles Mobile Dental has been serving the entire Tioga County community travelling from school-to-school throughout the year.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 9 at 1 p.m. at the county office building in Owego.
