Jason R. Talada, age 42, of 113 Maple St., Athens, Pa., was arrested last week by Tioga County Sheriff’s Deputies and charged with:
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 5th Degree, Class D Felony,
- Two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Class A Misdemeanors,
- No Turn Signal within 100 Feet,
- Drove Across Hazard Markings,
- Aggravated Unlicensed Operator and
- Unlicensed Operator.
These charges resulted from an investigation by the Tioga County Sheriff’s office during a vehicle stop on State Route 17c in the Town of Tioga at which point the operator had no license and was in possession of several controlled substances.
Talada was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear before Justice Shelly Bogart, Town of Tioga Court, on 3/17/2020.
