New York State Police at Owego arrested Dudley Miceus, age 20 of Buffalo, at 5:19 p.m. Sunday, June 30, for the felony of Criminal Possession of Marihuana in the third degree. He was also issued a ticket for speeding. A trooper initiated a traffic stop on State Route 17 in the Town of Owego after he observed Miceus driving at a high rate of speed. As the trooper interviewed Miceus, he smelled a strong odor of marijuana.
A further investigation found several marijuana cigarettes and approximately 245 grams of marijuana. Miceus was arrested and arraigned in the Town of Owego court and remanded to the Tioga County jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 property bond.
