Anthony Eddy, 57, of Ontario, Canada was injured in a Sunday night train and tractor trailer collision in Barton.
A truck belonging to Revilo Transit became stuck on the tracks and was struck by a Norfolk-Southern freight train at about 11PM.
Eddy was taken to Robert Packer hospital in Sayre.
The extent of his injuries was not disclosed.
New York state Police said the crash is under investigation.
