The investigation into the fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred on March 19th resulting in the death of Dillon Bostwick, 14, has been completed by the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office.
The investigation results have been turned over to the Tioga County Probation Department.
The 14 year old operator of the vehicle is being charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Violations of the law, if committed by an adult, would be classified as a crime (misdemeanors and felonies), and if committed by a juvenile are handled through the Probation Department.
