The Walgreens in Owego will close its doors for good on January 28th.
Signs announcing the permanent closure have been posted at the Main Street store.
The announcement comes just months after the Owego Walgreens shut down its pharmacy.
Walgreens closed its location on Main Street in Johnson City in November of 2023.
The struggling chain has announced it will close 1,200 stores over the next three years.
