The couple was shot in an ambush-style execution at their home in Athens Township.  In December 2010, Pennsylvania State Police arrested DeSisti in connection with the murders.  No date has been set yet for a pre-trial hearing.  DeSisti is being held in the Bradford County Correctional Facility without bail.
