Waverly has reached an agreement with local restaurant owners to sell its Village Hall Annex.
The owners of the Rail House will buy the building for $43,000, according to village officials. The restaurant neighbors the annex on Broad Street.
The new owners say they will renovate the Annex into a banquet facility that can seat between 50 and 75 people. They will also put apartments on the upper level of the building.
Waverly is putting the final touches on their new Village Hall on Ithaca Street, with plans to move into their new offices by the end of the month.
Village officials are still looking for a buyer of their historic Village Hall building, which is next door to the Annex.
