Chemung County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 26 year-old MILEY RAY DELACRUZ of 562 Clark Street, in Waverly, as a Fugitive From Justice, a Class D Felony of the New York State Penal Law. Chemung County Sheriff’s Road Patrol was dispatched to suspicious vehicle complaint in the Town of Erin, where DELACRUZ was an occupant. DELACRUZ was found to be wanted by the Athens Township Police Department in Bradford County, Pa., on a charge of Manufacture, Delivery or Possession with the Intent to Manufacture or Deliver.
DELACRUZ was arrested on the Fugitive From Justice charge and was arraigned in Chemung County Court and remanded to the Chemung County jail awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.
