Friends of Greater Two Rivers State Park will host volunteers at Two Rivers State
Park and Waverly Glen Park as part of more than 140 cleanup, improvement and
beautification events happening statewide on Saturday. It’s all part of I Love My
Park Day. There are plenty of fun and productive activities on the schedule for I
Love My Park Day. The trails in Two Rivers State Park are in need of clean-up and
maintenance after this winter, and NYS Parks staff will be on hand to help mark
the main trail. In Waverly Glen Park, there are retaining walls that need some help,
sticks and litter to clean up, and flowers to plant.
