Andrew Quinlan, 80, of Waverly has been arrested by the New York State Police Special Investigations Unit for a sports gambling related offense.
Quinlan was charged with one count of felony possession of gambling records.
The charge stemmed from Quinlan’s possession of sports betting gambling records.
Mr. Quinlan was arraigned in the Village of Waverly Court and released on his own recognizance.
Additional charges are pending.
