Forecast: the river will continue rising to near 15.3 feet by early Friday morning. The river will fall below flood stage
Saturday early afternoon.

Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
Forecast: the river will continue rising to near 21.2 feet by tomorrow evening. The river will fall below flood stage Friday
evening.
