Waverly Police say a man has been arrested for stealing a wallet from a 90-year-old man.
Police say 41-year-old Glen Vanboven, of Sayre, forcefully stole a 90-year-old man’s wallet at the victim’s apartment at Elizabeth Square Apartments on Fulton Street in Waverly.
Vanboven fled the scene and was later arrested by the Sayre Police Department.
Vanboven was arraigned in Pennsylvania and will be extradited back to New York for his charges.
The victim was not injured.
