Daniel A. Miller, 34, of Waverly, was arrested on Tuesday, July 2, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree, a Misdemeanor, after a traffic stop in the Town of Ashland.
MILLER was also wanted as a Fugitive From Justice out of Bradford County, Pa. MILLER was arraigned and remanded to the Chemung County jail without bail.
