About 1AM Friday, Waverly Police arrested Wayde Teeple, 19, of Waverly driving while ability impaired by alcohol as
the result of a three car property damage accident on Park Place in Waverly.
Teeple’s vehicle went off the right side of Park Place , struck a parked car ,which forced that car into another causing major damage to both.
He was also cited for operating with no insurance , an uninspected motor vehicle, operating a vehicle while registration was suspended and unlicensed operation.
He is to appear in Village of Waverly Justice Court in July.
