An act of Congress honoring Vietnam veterans with a day of recognition was signed into law by President Trump in March of 2017. Now, the Tioga County Veteran’s Agency in conjunction with the Owego VFW Post 1371, Clear Path for Veterans, and VVA Chapter 480 are holding the first annual Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day event Thursday, March 29th from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Owego VFW Post.
