Two familiar faces for the crowds at Tioga Downs will be honored this weekend. Parade marshal Wendy Ross and her horse Floyd will be commemorated with their own bobble head doll, with fans receiving the bobble heads free of charge while supplies last on Sunday night.
Wendy and Floyd will also be meeting fans during a meet-and-greet autograph session during the races. Wendy has worked as the Tioga Downs marshal and outrider since the track opened in 2006. Racing on Sunday evening at Tioga Downs begins at 6:15.
