Tioga Man Facing Charges after Pursuit

A Town of Tioga man who led a state trooper on a short chase is now facing multiple charges.
State Police say 21-year-old Justin Levandoski refused to stop after a trooper observed him driving erratically. After a short pursuit along Route 17C, the man stopped in a driveway and tried to run away on foot.
He was tackled by a trooper and taken into custody.
Levandoski is charged with driving while impaired by drugs, unlawfully fleeing a police officer, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana and reckless endangerment.
He was taken to the Tioga County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail.
