According to various reports, we have been notified of a tractor trailer on fire on Southside Drive in Owego, NY. We are unsure what has caused the fire. Owego Police Department, Owego Fire, Owego EMS, and NYS DOT are on scene. As of 1:55 pm a portion of Southside drive remains closed from Roads closed from Court Street Bridge to Halstead Ave. Once more information has been provided we will update this story.
