Two people are accused of making and having meth following a traffic stop in the Steuben County village of Bath. An officer stopped a vehicle on West Washington Street just after 10:30 Saturday night for failing to signal properly, twice. Police said the officer noticed suspicious items in the vehicle, and ordered the driver to get out. The driver ran off, and was caught after a short foot pursuit. Police said they found meth in the vehicle, along with ingredients and chemicals used to make the drug. Officers arrested both the driver and a passenger. 23-year-old Joshua Rowe currently faces misdemeanor counts of drug possession and resisting arrest, along with traffic charges. 33-year-old Angela Bulkley faces a misdemeanor drug possession charge. Police said more charges for meth production are pending.
