New York State Police are investigating a two car crash that killed both drivers. According to police, the crash happened around 1:45 a.m. Sunday in the Town of Oxford. Police said a 2000 Ford Focus traveling east on County Route 35 crossed over into the opposite lane and hit a 2002 Dodge Caravan. 48-year-old David Clark of Oxford was driving the Dodge Caravan.
He was taken to Chenango Memorial Hospital where he died from his injuries. The driver of the Ford Focus has not yet been identified and was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said there were six passengers in the Dodge Caravan, and one passenger in the Ford Focus. All seven were taken to the hospital and are being treated for their injuries.
