Broome County Sheriff’s Office Detective Division has arrested Kyle J Beebe, a 25-year-old male, and Michael J. Rockwell, an 18-year-old male, both from Berkshire, Tioga County, NY. Beebe and Rockwell are accused of stealing property from a residence in the Town of Barker, Broome County.
During the investigation, detectives recovered stolen items in each subject’s property. As a result of this investigation, Kyle J. Beebe and Michael J. Rockwell were each charged with one (1) count of Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree, a felony.
Beebe was processed for arrest and issued an appearance ticket to answer his charge in the Town of Barker Court on a later date.
Rockwell was processed for arrest and released from the CAP Court after his arraignment.
