Two Village of Owego residents are behind bars following a lengthy drug investigation by the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office and the Tioga County District Attorney’s Office. 36-year-old Gerald Wildrick and 30-year-old Rebecca Wildrick of 68 Liberty Street in Owego are accused of selling illegal drugs from their home on multiple occasions throughout 2016. The pair was arrested late last week without incident. Both Gerald and Rebecca Wildrick have since been sent to the Tioga County Jail on bail.
