Endicott Police have released more information on the man who was caught hiding on a rooftop during a chase Tuesday night. Police say they spotted 25-year-old Tristan Skeete while out on patrol. When they tried to arrest him for several outstanding warrants, he ran off and hid in an apartment building on Washington Avenue. Police eventually found him on the roof of the building. He faces charges of criminal contempt, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal mischief and petit larceny. Skeete is being held without bail.
