Update: Victim Of Dryden Accident Had BAC Of .23%

A 22-year-old Freeville man who died in an early Saturday crash with a tractor-trailer had a blood alcohol content of .23 percent, according to state police.
According to state police, Isaac W. Miller,was driving northbound on Route 13 in a 2002 Saturn when, for unknown reasons, he drifted into the southbound lane at 2:43 a.m.
At the intersection of Route 366, the car hit a tractor-trailer, operated by Alexander Spagnola, of Tully, head-on, police said. Spagnola, who sustained injuries in the crash, was transported to Cayuga Medical Center.
An autopsy conducted by Lourdes Hospital forensic pathologist James Terzian determined that Miller died from multiple traumatic injuries. The autopsy also determined that his blood alcohol content was almost three times the legal limit.
