(Owego) – State Police at Owego have released updated photos of the two suspects who police say scammed a clerk at the Owego Speedway gas station by engaging in a series of purchases, including lottery tickets and Visa cards. They ultimately stole $3,693 from the store, said police.
The incident occurred on October 5, 2022, around 1:20 a.m. State Police at Owego believe the duo conducted a similar scam in Johnson City earlier in the evening. They may be operating a white Ford sedan.
